Lara Dalch is a Health, Lifestyle & Wellness Coach who supports women who have lost their sparkle to rise! Lara’s mission is to empower all females who have forgotten to put themselves first (for whatever reason) and take them to a place of personal empowerment to live the life they desire.
Having strong women around her in her family, and going to an all girl school is where Lara believes her journey started on the path to mentorship. As a sports loving teen, with an awareness of healthy foods; lifestyle and wellness changes came to Lara naturally.
Lara was brought up in Virginia, has lived in NYC and now lives in the Pacific Northwest; this gives her an insight into the different ways women live their lives across the states.
With a degree in Psychology, certification in Pilates, a qualification in nutrition and having first worked as a pre-school teacher; Lara uses all of her knowledge and training to support the women she works with… Lara doesn’t use the method of ‘teaching’; but supporting, guiding and journeying with the women she works with.
