Amanda Russo

Amanda Russo is the Founder and Creator-in-Chief of The Renegade Group, which provides strategic planning, start-up services, and content creation for business owners and creative entrepreneurs. She launched her company after retiring from a 12-year career in corporate finance that spanned two Fortune 100 investment managers, a private equity fund, and few successful side hustles that ignited her passion for entrepreneurship. Amanda’s mission via The Renegade Group is to help others DEFIANTLY THRIVE in non-traditional career paths and in bringing creative visions to life when others may have told them “don’t quit your day job.” To further support this mission, she launched CreateUP, an OC-based networking group (that recently expanded to L.A. and the U.K.!) for service-based business owners looking to connect, inspire, and collaborate within their local communities. The rest of her time is spent debating politics, attending rock concerts, blogging, and living her best life in Huntington Beach with her husband and three kids.
